New Chief Building Official Welcomed for Cramahe Township

The Municipality of Cramahe Township is pleased to announce that Nathan Proctor was appointed as the new Chief Building Official at the February 27, 2024, Council Meeting.

Nathan Proctor is a passionate Building Official known for his helpful and dedicated disposition.

With a background in construction and design, Nathan has worked on a diverse range of projects in various roles throughout his career.

Nathan holds a Certificate of Qualifications as a Red Seal Carpenter from the College of Trades, a diploma from George Brown College in Architectural Technologies, and maintains mandatory qualifications in various disciplines through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

Nathan, born and raised in the GTA is a new resident of Cramahe Township. He is excited to support his community as it develops and is looking forward to making a positive impact on his new home
