Cobourg Fire Department responded to reports of a structure fire at 310 Division Street on Friday, June 19, 2026.
At approximately 6:16 p.m. fire crews responded to 310 Division Street for a fire on the second floor.
Upon arrival, occupants/tenants had exited the building.
Fire crews were told the fire was extinguished. The fire was contained to a laundry basket in one of the rooms on the second floor. It was extinguished when the laundry was dumped into a bathtub.
