Aaron Woods scored four times in the third period as part of an 8-6 comeback victory for the Cobourg Kodiaks over the host Brooklin Lacrosse Club in Major Series Lacrosse action Wednesday night in Whitby.

Shane Halliwell also tallied four goals on the night, including two in that final frame during which the Kodiaks outscored Brooklin 6-2 after trailing 2-1 after the first period and 6-4 after two.

Brock Haley, of Port Hope, and Alex Marinier scored the other goals for Cobourg, which notched its first win of the MSL season after coming off a 19-9 home-opener loss to the Six Nations Chiefs last Sunday.
