R.O.P.E. Squad – Provincial Offender Wanted

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male offender wanted for the following offences:

  • Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of age
  • Sexual Interference
  • Sexual Exploitation
  • Voyeurism
  • Possession of child pornography
  • Makes, Prints, Publishes or Possess for the Purpose of Publication any Child Pornography
  • Imports, Distributes, Sells or Possess for the Purpose of Distribution or Sale any Child Pornography
  • Fail to Attend Court.

 

Guy FOWLER is described as a Caucasian male, 63 years old, 6’2″ (192cm), 280 lbs ( 127kg) with a tattoo of a Wolf on his left shoulder.

The offender is known to frequent the areas of Windsor-Essex County, Cobourg, Northumberland County, Ontario area.

 Anyone having contact with this offender or informat ion in regards to their whereabouts is asked to contact the Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad at 416-808-5900 or toll free at 1-866-870-7673 (ROPE) or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or call 9-1-1.
