Cobourg Police Service Seeks Public Assistance to Identify Suspects

The Cobourg Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three individuals connected to distraction thefts in the Town of Cobourg.

Investigators are looking to identify the individuals shown in the images below in relation to two separate incidents, one on March 3, 2026 and one on March 21, 2026.

The investigation into both incidents is ongoing as police work to confirm the identities of those involved. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cobourg Police Service at 905-372-6821 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS or visiting stopcrimehere.ca. Tips provided to Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward.

In the first incident, which occurred on March 3, a wallet was reported stolen as the victim exited a financial institution on King Street.
