City of Kawartha Lakes OPP – Simcoe Road Closed at Ramsey for Multi-Vehicle Collision

Members from the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a multi-motor vehicle collision that took place around 3:15 p.m., on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

Simcoe Street is closed between Brock Concession Road 1 and Brock Concession Road 2, as well, Ramsey Road is closed from Fingerboard Road to Simcoe Street while officers continue their investigation.

Further information will be provided when available. Visibility in the area of City of Kawartha Lakes is very poor, the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP highly suggest remaining off roadways until conditions improve.
