Breaking News – Video – Pedestrian Struck in Cobourg

Cobourg Police are investigating after a person was struck by a vehicle on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

At approximately 7 p.m. emergency services were dispatched to the intersection of King Street West and Margaret/Forth Street in Cobourg.

A man approximately 37-years-old was struck by a eastbound vehicle traveling on King Street West at the intersection of Margaret Street.

It appears the person impacted with the windshield of the vehicle and one shoe was located underneath the vehicle.

Cobourg Police investigated the collision and King Street West in the area of the collision was reopened at approximately 11 p.m.

Cobourg Police have not released any information on the incident.
