Emergency services responded to the intersection of Elgin Street and William Street in Cobourg for a collision involving a vehicle and tricycle.
The collision happened at approximately 7 p.m. at the intersection and first responders were told the tricycle and rider may have been trapped under the vehicle.
There were only minor injuries in the collision, but one lane of the road was blocked for the investigation.
No word on charges.
