Cobourg Police – Investigating Theft of Freightliner

The Cobourg Police Service is currently investigating the theft of a vehicle that occurred sometime on August 30 – 31, 2025.

Sometime overnight between August 30 and August 31, 2025, unknown persons stole a white, 2017 Freightliner from a parking lot on Willmott Street in the Town of Cobourg.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information, dashcam footage, or security camera footage of the area is asked to call the police at 905-372-6821 or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS or visiting stopcrimehere.ca. Tips received through Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward.
