Port Hope Police – Port Hope Woman Charged with Assault and Breach of Probation (No Name Released)

Port Hope Police have charged a 33-year-old female with assault and failing to comply with a probation order following an incident on June 24, 2025.

At approximately 8:24 p.m., officers were dispatched for a welfare check at a local apartment building. Upon arrival, police spoke with an individual involved in the incident and, following further investigation, determined there were grounds for arrest in relation to an assault.

The accused, who is currently bound by a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, was also charged with failing to comply with that order. She was released on an undertaking with conditions and a future court date.
