Urgent Special Meeting of County Council called for Thursday, June 5th

An urgent special meeting of Northumberland County Council has been called for Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.

This meeting will be closed to the public as per Municipal Act Sections 239. (2.e) and (2.f) in order to address matters pertaining to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality, and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (instructions to the County’s legal counsel with respect to a legal matter).
