On April 24, 2025, at 12:30pm, the Belleville Police were called to a Dundas Street East location in regards to a man sitting on the ground, naked in the vicinity of a daycare centre.
Police located the suspect and arrested him for Indecent Act.
The 44 year old man of no fixed address was held for a bail hearing on April 25, 2025.
