Cobourg Police – Cobourg Man Faces Charges Including Fail to Comply, Possession for Purpose of Trafficking (Name Released)

A 37-year-old Cobourg man faces charges after failing to comply with bail conditions.
On Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m., while on general patrol in the area of Division Street at James Street East, police observed a man failing to comply with bail conditions.

As a result of the investigation, the man was arrested. Upon arrest, police located suspected fentanyl and a digital scale in the man’s possession.

Brandon Miller (37) of Cobourg was charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking, Fail to Comply with Release Order, and Possession of a Schedule I Substance (Fentanyl) for the Purpose of Trafficking. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
