Sean Graham Reappointed to Cobourg Police Service Board by the Executive Council of Ontario

The Cobourg Police Service Board is pleased to announce the reappointment of Sean Graham by the Executive Council of Ontario. Sean Graham was reappointed to the Board on April 15, 2025.

He will continue to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a three-year term.

Police Service Board appointments fall under Section 33 of the Community Safety and Policing Act,
2019.

Sean Graham has been a dedicated member of the Cobourg Police Service Board since 2019 and was
elected Vice-Chair in January 2025.

Beyond his entrepreneurship and advocacy work, Sean has served three years with the local radio station
89.7 as a board director and served on various committees.

During his time as a member of the Cobourg Police Service Board, he has sat on various committees, including the strategic planning and human resources committees. A longtime resident of Cobourg, Sean values family and community and develops positive relationships wherever possible.

Under Section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 (the Act), a police service board typically consists of members appointed by both the municipal council and the province, along with one
community member chosen by the council. Police Service Board appointments fall under Section 33 of
