Cobourg Police – Baltimore Woman Facing Assault and Mischief (No Name Released)

A woman is facing intimate partner violence charges after police responded to a disturbance Tuesday night.

On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a disturbance in progress at a downtown residence. Upon arrival, police learned that a couple had been involved in a verbal dispute when the woman assaulted her partner and damaged property within the residence.

As a result of the police investigation, a 23-year-old Baltimore woman was arrested and charged with Assault (Spousal) and Mischief (Domestic).

The woman was released on an Undertaking with conditions not to communicate with her partner or attend the residence. Shortly after, police received information that the woman reattended the home.

Officers located the woman inside the home. She was arrested, charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking, and held for a Show Cause Hearing.
