Belleville Police – “Project Renewal” Drug Arrests and Charges (Names Released)

On the 14th of April 2025, as a result of a Drug Trafficking investigation in the City of Belleville; members of Project Renewal executed a Controlled Drugs Substance Act Warrant in Belleville’s west end with the assistance of the Belleville Police K9 and Emergency Response Team

Police Seized:

· 126.2 grams Cocaine

· Ammunition, eight shotgun shells and three .270 calibre rifle cartridges.

· 8 Cell Phones

· Digital Scales

As a result of the police investigation the following persons were arrested and charged:

Ryan HILLIER 32years-old of Belleville was charged with the following offences and held for a show cause hearing:
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – section 5(2) CDSA
2. Possession of Ammunition, Contrary to Court Order- Criminal Code section 117.011

Michael MOWERS 40-years-old of Belleville was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a court date in May.
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – section 5(2) CDSA
2. Possession of Ammunition, Contrary to Court Order- Criminal Code section 117.011.

Sara LANDRY 36-years-old of Belleville was charged with the following offences and held for a show cause hearing:
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – section 5(2) CDSA
2. Fail to Comply with Probation – Criminal Code section 733.1(1)

Travis NEWMAN 51-years-old of Belleville was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a court date in May.
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Section 5(2) CDSA

Victoria ROSE 37-years-old of Belleville was charged with the following offences and held for a show cause hearing:
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Section 5(2) CDSA

Joshua WILSON 27-years-old of Trenton was charged with the following offences and held for a show cause hearing:
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Section 5(2) CDSA
2. Fail to Comply with Probation – Criminal Code section 733.1(1)
3. Fail to Comply with Release Order – Criminal Code section 145(4)(a)

Keisha MCBRIDE 19-years-old of Belleville was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a court date in May.
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Section 5(2) CDSA

Jeffrey SCOTT 46-years-old of Trenton was charged with the following offences and held for a show cause hearing:
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Section 5(2) CDSA
