Belleville Police Service – False Fire Alarm and Beach of Probation

On the 24th of March at 7:04pm, police were called to an east end facility to assist with a resident who had purposefully activated the fire alarm in order to unlock the doors so she could depart the residence.

Police attended and located the female a short distance away.

After speaking to everyone involved, a 24-year-old female was arrested and charged with false fire alarm and three counts of failing to comply with her probation order.

She was held in custody for a bail hearing.
