Cobourg’s most likely well known semi-detached home was put up for sale recently.
The duplex located at 351/353 John Street in Cobourg was listed on realtor.ca 11 days ago.
The properties have been the site of police activity over the last several years with numerous warrants being conducted at the locations.
Each of the properties are listed for $299,000 and are three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The site states, “attention investors and contractors” and the properties are being sold “as is.”
