Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged another driver with impaired on Highway 401.

On Saturday February 2, 2025, at approximately 1:45 a.m., police were conducting speed enforcement on Highway 401. Through investigation, the driver was found to be suspended from driving and a warrant existed for their arrest.

As a result of the investigation, Sevag, BOYAJIAN (age 38) of Oshawa Ontario, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
