Cobourg Municipal Offices Closing Early on December 12, 2024

The Town of Cobourg wishes to inform residents that municipal administrative offices will close briefly on Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The following departments will be affected:
• Finance Department – Payments can be dropped off via the mailbox located on the west side of the building, off Third Street.

• Building and Planning Departments
• Legislative Services and Municipal Clerk’s Department – To leave a message, please email clerk@cobourg.ca.

• Customer Service Desk at Victoria Hall – To leave a message, please email
customerservice@cobourg.ca.

• Cobourg Box Office – Online ticket purchases are available 24/7 at
www.CobourgBoxOffice.ca.

• Building Maintenance Department

• Municipal Law Enforcement and Licensing Department (201 Second Street/Cobourg
Market Building) – Parking tickets can be paid at Cobourg.ca/amps, and staff can be
reached via bylawenforcement@cobourg.ca.

• Public Works Office (Building 7, 740 Division Street)

• Venture13 Office and Economic Development Department

The Town of Cobourg thanks residents for their understanding.

These temporary department closures will not impact municipal buildings or programs. Victoria Hall will remain open and accessible to the public, and all essential services will continue to operate as usual.
