The new owners of the Brookside property installed a metal fence around the perimetre of the property on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
A fencing company from Whitby spent Wednesday installing a fence around the property that was purchased by Terraco Develoments Inc. on November 29, 2024.
The fence around the perimetre is approximately 2,500 feet long.
It’s unknown what the company plans to do with the property.
