Breaking News – Brookside Has Officially Been Sold!

In Editor Choice, Local

After months of speculation, the property located at 390 King Street East in Cobourg has been officially sold.

Today’s Northumberland has sent numerous requests to Infrastructure Ontario and CBRE Limited, Ian Hunt who was selling the property.  No one from either I/O or Hunt returned phone calls.

On the morning of December 2, 2024, the website that lists properties for sale by the Provincial Government had still listed the property for sale, but a check shortly after 1 p.m. stated the property has been sold.

The 30 acre property had been listed as of February 8, 2024.

Today’s Northumberland will provide more details when they become available.
