Cobourg Police – Cobourg Man Charged with Mischief (No Name Released)

A 67-year-old Cobourg man has been charged with mischief after police responded to a local business.

On the morning of Friday, October 4, 2024, police responded to a business in the area of Ontario Street and King Street West for a report of mischief. A man had damaged several planter boxes belonging to the business.

Police located an individual matching the description provided a short distance away. As a result of the police investigation, a 67-year-old Cobourg man was arrested and charged with mischief under $5,000.

The accused was released with a future court date.
