Special Council Meeting Called for Wednesday, September 18, 2024

The Town of Cobourg Legislative Services Division would like to inform all residents that a Special Meeting of Council will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 5 p.m.

In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will meet in Closed Session regarding advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (s. 239 (2) (f)).

Please be advised that pursuant to section 5.5 of the Town of Cobourg Procedural By-law a Special Meeting has been called for the purposes of meeting in Closed Session. The Public will see a Closed Session screen on the livestream of the Special Meeting indicating Council is in Closed Session.
