Cobourg Police – Belleville Man Charged with Impaired (No Name Released)

A 20-year-old Belleville man is facing charges after police investigated a report of impaired driving Wednesday night.

On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m., police responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of University Street and William Street in Cobourg.

Police located a vehicle matching the description provided. As a result of the police investigation, a 20-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with operation while Impaired over 80.

The accused was released on an undertaking with a court date of October 2, 2024.
