Warkworth Resident Antes Up to Win $74,244 with Poker Lotto All In

Rodney Boswell of Warkworth anted up and went ‘ALL IN’ to win the POKER LOTTO ALL IN jackpot worth $69,244.40 on July 17, 2024. He also won $5,000 on the instant portion of his POKER LOTTO play, bringing his total winnings to $74,244.40!

Rodney, who works in construction, has been playing the lottery with OLG since LOTTO SUPER 7 launched in 1994. He now enjoys playing LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49, and of course, POKER LOTTO. Today, he is celebrating his first big win!
“When my ticket printed at the store, I thought I had won $100,” Rodney recounted, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “Then, the lottery terminal froze, and the prize amount appeared on the screen. The store clerk said, ‘I think you won the jackpot!’ I took a closer look at the screen and said, ‘OMG! It is the jackpot! I was so shocked and excited in that moment. I never expected a win like this!”

Rodney shared the incredible news with his loved ones. “My family kept saying, ‘No way! Good for you.’

They were all so happy for me.”

With his windfall, Rodney plans to invest for his retirement.

“It’s hard to explain what it feels like to win the lottery,” he smiled. “It’s like a rush of excitement!”
