A woman walking downtown Cobourg on Monday, July 8, 2024 certainly attracted the attention of people.
The woman wasn’t wearing a stitch of clothing was walking on west King Street East, then headed north on Division Street between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
One person told Today’s Northumberland that “little kids and tourists saw her.”
“This was outrageous.”
It’s unknown if Cobourg Police were notified of the incident.
