Calls started coming in to police dispatchers shortly before 3 p.m. reporting that two men, who had been arguing in a large parking lot at the intersection of Sidney and Bridge streets, appeared to be headed towards a physical altercation.
One of the involved males took off his shirt as the argument ensued, while the other was described as being in a motorized wheelchair.
As officers were responding a fight ensured and the male in a wheelchair sustained minor injuries.
