Video – Truck Rollover Shuts Down Off-Ramp on Highway 401 at Cobourg

A Brampton man was charged with careless driving after the truck he was driving rolled on its side coming off Highway 401 at Division Street on Monday, May 13, 2024.

At approximately 9 a.m. emergency crews responded to the eastbound off-ramp at Division Street for a vehicle that had rolled onto its side.

The driver kicked out the front window to free himself, and suffered a minor cut, but otherwise was uninjured.

The off-ramp was closed for several hours while clean-up took place and will likely re-open around 1 p.m.
