Update – Peterborough Police Service – Shooting Investigation

UPDATE SHOOTING INVESTIGATION: The Peterborough Police Service is continuing to investigate a shooting at a housing complex in Peterborough.

Officers have just completed a grid search of the area. The suspect is still outstanding and could still be in possession of a firearm.

However, at this time the Peterborough Police Service believes that this is an isolated incident between parties that are known to each other.

The area has been re-opened and the hold and secure has been lifted for two area schools.
