Update – Port Hope Police – Motor Vehicle Collision Involving Off-Road Dirt Bike

A 20-year-old Port Hope male was air lifted to a Toronto trauma centre after an accident that took place on Ward St. in Port Hope yesterday afternoon.

Police were dispatched to attend a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle, located at Talbot St and Ward St. on April 18, 2024. Upon arrival, officers assessed the scene as paramedics were attending to the male victim. An off-road dirt bike was located underneath the driver’s side of the vehicle. The vehicle had front drivers side damage. OPP Collision Reconstruction were called to assist.

No charges have been laid at this time.
