Peterborough Police Service – Peterborough Man Facing Numerous Drug Offences (No Name Released)

A 32-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after an investigation by the Peterborough Police Service Drug Unit.

On February 29, 2024, officers with the Drug Unit took the male into custody and executed a search warrant on a George Street North residence.

Officers seized:

  • 100 grams – Cocaine
  • 1,373 grams – Crystal Methamphetamine
  • 118.8 grams – Fentanyl
  • Approximately $10,000 in Canadian currency

As a result, a 32-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking X3
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, March 1, 2024.
