Possession of Stolen Property Arrest

A 38-year-old Peterborough man is facing multiple charges after an investigation Thursday afternoon.

At approximately 3:30pm on February 1, 2024, officers with the Community F.I.R.S.T team engaged in a conversation with a man acting suspiciously in the area of Maude Street and Princess Street. During the conversation, the male provided several false names to officers and it was further determined that the property and cart had been taken from a nearby business.
