The Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre Foundation invites you to “Save the Date” for the highly anticipated return of Handbags for Hospice!

Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable evening on Thursday, April 4, 2024, as Handbags for Hospice makes its grand return to the Best Western Inn and Convention Centre.
We are delighted to welcome back community leaders, Signature Sponsor Tony Pulla of Re/Max Lakeshore Realty, and Pearl Sponsor Jacqueline Pennington of Re/Max Hallmark. Their unwavering support is invaluable, and we are grateful for their continued commitment!

The 5th Annual Handbags for Hospice event is set to be an extraordinary night – prepare for an evening filled with a vast selection of glamorous handbags and other exquisite items and experiences. The event will feature both live and silent auctions, delectable hors d’oeuvres, and exciting surprises yet to be announced!

Tickets for this year’s must-attend event are priced at $100 and will be available for purchase starting February 4, 2024. Stay tuned for further details on where and how to secure your spot at this spectacular gathering!

Hosted by the Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre Foundation, the foundation’s purpose is to raise funds to support hospice service programs in our community including the Palliative Care Community Team and Visiting Hospice, in partnership with the 24/7 end-of-life care and support provided at Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre, all offered at no cost to families.

Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre is a hospice centre in Hamilton Township that opened in the fall of 2020. The Centre provides a comfortable setting to receive palliative support from early family engagement and beyond at no cost to hospice clients and their families. An integral service of Community Care Northumberland, Ed’s House acts as a centralized ‘hub’ for CCN’s interdisciplinary hospice services team by providing caregiver support, palliative outreach and education, health system navigation and grief and bereavement support in addition to resident hospice care. www.edshouse.northumberlandhospice.ca
