Cobourg Police – Cobourg Man Arrested for Assault Outside The Warming Hub

A 46-year-old Cobourg man is facing charges after police responded to a report of assault Tuesday afternoon.

On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at approximately 1:00 p.m., police were called to the area of King Street East and College Street regarding an assault in progress. Upon arrival, police located a man in a verbal altercation with another person.

As a result of the police investigation, a 46-year-old Cobourg man was arrested for assault.

The accused was held for a bail hearing on November 8, 2023.
