Cobourg Police – Driver Charged with Impaired After Motor Vehicle Collision (No Name Released)

A 21-year-old Cobourg woman has been arrested for impaired driving after police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Thursday afternoon.

On Thursday, October 19, 2023, at approximately 1:40 p.m., police responded to the area of Wilkens Gate in the Town of Cobourg for a single motor vehicle collision. No injuries were reported.

As a result of the investigation, a 21-year-old Cobourg woman was charged with Operating with over 80 mg of alcohol contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was later released with a future court date.
