St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Visits Police in Cobourg

St. John Ambulance Sarah Holland along with her therapy dog, Lucy stand with Cobourg Police Chief Paul VandeGraaf.

Holland and some of her colleagues along with their dogs visit both Cobourg Police Station along with Northumberland OPP each week to provide therapy for the officers along with staff.

It’s a new project where Chief Vandegraaf invited the St. John dogs to come for regular visits.

These visits are in addition to their regular weekly visits to all the local retirement, Long Term Care homes, nursing homes and the NHH.
