Amber Alert to Locate Three-Month-Old Child Who Was Abducted by Her Father in Alnwick/Haldimand Township

(ALNWICK-HALDIMAND TOWNSHIP, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking public assistance to locate three-month-old Jazmine GILL-BISSONNETTE, who was abducted by her father.

The suspect and child were last seen in Roseneath, Alnwick-Haldimand Township in the evening of August 23, 2023. It is believed the suspect is on foot or may have been picked up by someone in the area.

Jazmine GILL-BISSONNETTE

Female, three-months old

White

2’0″ (60cm), approx. 5kg (11lbs)

Brown hair

Suspect Description:</ p>

Jacob BISSONNETTE

Male, 23

White

5’7″ (171cm), 60 kg (132 lbs)

Short brown hair

Last seen wearing grey sweatpants, black t-shirt with rapper “50 cent” on it, red and black Chevrolet ballcap and sandals.

The suspect may be in possession of a black baby car seat and a grey diaper bag.

If observed, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
