Cobourg Police – Investigating Fail to Remain Collision

Police are seeking the public’s help locating a vehicle that left the scene of a collision in Cobourg on Tuesday afternoon.

On Tuesday, August 2, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., police received a report of a fail to remain motor vehicle collision in the area of Carlisle Street and Ewing Court in Cobourg.

The collision involved two vehicles. The driver of one vehicle failed to remain on scene. No physical injuries were reported.

A description of the vehicle that left the scene is a dark-coloured Mazda CROSSOVER hatchback.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or have dash camera video footage of the area is asked to call police at 905-372-6821 or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS or visiting stopcrimehere.ca.
