Two-People Driven To Hospital Following Collision in Cobourg

The drivers of two vehicles went to hospital following a collision in Cobourg on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

At approximately 6:50 p.m. Cobourg Police and Cobourg Fire Services responded to King Street East between Division Street and McGill Street for a two-vehicle collision.

A vehicle was pulling out of a southbound driveway when it was t-boned by a eastbound vehicles.

Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were driven to hospital by friends after ambulance dispatch informed them they were very busy with calls.

King Street in the area of the collision was closed for approximately one hour.
