Driver Arrested Following Single Vehicle Collision in Hamilton Township

A woman was arrested and is facing charges after a single motor vehicle collision on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

At approximately 2:30 p.m. emergency services responded to the area of County Road 45 and Division Street North for a single vehicle collision.

A vehicle driving northbound struck a traffic pole on the north side of the road way.

The front end of the vehicle sustained heavy damage and the air bags were deployed.

One person was taken into custody at the scene and Northumberland OPP say charges are pending.
