City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service – Theft Arrest (Name Released)

On Monday, January 9th, 2023 at 4:20AM the Kawartha Lakes Police were called to the parking lot of York Street business in Lindsay for a suspicious male observed exiting a work truck carrying a bag.

Officers attended the area, with the assistance of a witness located and arrested the male who was found to be in possession of stolen property.

31-year-old Mark English of Lindsay has been charged with theft under $5000 from a motor vehicle, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and fail to comply with probation order X2.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on February 16, 2023.
