Northumberland OPP Investigating Fatal Collision Involving Pedestrian

(Hamilton Township, ON) – On September 25, 2022, at 8:54 p.m., members from the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three-motor vehicle fatal collision where a pedestrian was struck and killed on County Rd 2 in the Apple Orchard Road area in Hamilton Township. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The roadway was closed for several hours while OPP Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) members conducted an investigation. If you witnessed the event, or have any information, you are encouraged to contact the Northumberland OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
