Alternative phone number available for Public Works after hours

The Town of Cobourg would like to advise residents that the Municipal office phone lines are currently not operational. To reach the Public Works division regarding an issue that requires urgent attention, residents are advised to utilize the phone number 1-844-967-3363.

The phone number 1-844-967-3363 may be used to connect with a staff member who will dispatch the appropriate Town staff. Estimated response time varies depending on the nature of the request.

For non-urgent problems, residents may utilize the “Report A Problem” form online at Cobourg.ca/report-it.

Town of Cobourg staff are working to have the phone lines up as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Please note this does not impact the Fire Department, Police or any emergency services.
