In Community, Editor Choice, Local

The 2022 Northumberland Ribfest wrapped up on Sunday afternoon in Cobourg’s Victoria Park.

Starting on Friday, the three-day event was back after being called off for the last few years due to COVID.

Some of North America’s best ribbers including Billy Bones BBQ, Silver Bullet, Uncle Sam’s BBQ, Bibb’s BBQ and Boss Hog’s were at the event.

For the three days, there were 175 volunteers shifts working and the beautiful weather helped with approximately 10,000 people attended.

Top notch musical entertainment from start to finish was enjoyed by the thousands of people in attendance.
