Cobourg Police – Investigating Theft of Commercial Arc Welder

In Police Blotter

The Cobourg Police Service is investigating the theft of a 1963 Milwaukee Commercial Arc welder.

The item was reported stolen from a lot on Division Street on July 10, 2022. The equipment is thought to be taken from the property on July 9th or July 10th. The welder is large enough that it
likely would have had to have been towed behind a vehicle.

Anyone with information or video surveillance footage of Division Street between Kerr Street and Elgin Street on July 9 and July 10, 2022, is asked to contact police at 905-372-6821 or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS or online at www.stopcrimehere.ca. Tips received through Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward.
