Minor Injuries From Two-Vehicle Collision in Hamilton Township

Emergency services responded to intersection known for collisions on Friday, July 8, 2022 in Hamilton Township.

At approximately 2:45 p.m. emergency services were dispatched to the intersection of Dale Road and Burnham Street in Hamilton Township for a two-vehicle collision.

One witness stated both vehicles were travelling in the opposite direction when the southbound vehicle turned left onto Dale Road and struck the northbound vehicle.

The northbound vehicle went into the ditch and went up a wire used for anchoring a hydro pole.

The vehicle came to rest on its side and the driver was assisted out of the vehicle.

Northumberland County Paramedics treated one driver for minor injuries.

Northumberland OPP are investigating.
