Gator Fire North of Cold Springs

Hamilton Township Fire Department were dispatched to a utility vehicle that caught fire in a corn field north of Cold Springs on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.

At approximately 4:40 p.m. fire services were dispatched to the Gator (utility vehicle) that was on fire in a corn field.

When crews arrived the Gator was engulfed in flames with the fire spreading into the corn field.

Crews extinguished the perimeter of the fire to prevent it from spreading, then extinguished what was left of the utility vehicle.

No word on cause of the fire or damage estimate.
