Upcoming Closures Due to Deconstruction at Coast Guard Site – East Pier

Residents asked to be cautious in the Division Street south and East Pier areas.

The Town of Cobourg would like to inform residents that there will be pedestrian closures and parking lot closures that will begin on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 due to the deconstruction and removal of debris using heavy equipment on the Cobourg Coast Guard site at the East Pier.

We ask that residents to use caution in the Division Street south and East Pier areas of the waterfront during the demolition portion of the Coast Guard facility project.

Partial parking lot closure from Tuesday, April 5, 2022, until completion of demolition may include:
• Division Street South

The Town of Cobourg and waterfront staff thank you for your patience and consideration while this portion of the Coast Guard facility construction takes place. The demolition is expected to be complete by the end of the week.
