Cobourg Police – Person Charged with Fail to Comply (No Name Released)

On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, police on general patrol observed a man wanted on an outstanding warrant by the Cobourg Police Service near Elgin Street East and Alexandria Drive.

As a result of the police investigation, the 28-year-old Cobourg man was arrested and charged with the following:

1. Fail to Comply with Probation contrary to s. 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code.

The man was released on an undertaking with a future court date on April 20, 2022.
